The ServiceNow Technical Architect role is essential for shaping and delivering complex ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable ServiceNow architectures tailored to business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide guidance on best practices and integration strategies within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure adherence to technical quality and standards throughout implementation.
- Mentor junior team members and cross-functional teams to guarantee project success.
- Document architectural designs and technical specifications for project use.
- Present technical solutions and progress updates in client meetings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar senior technical role.
- Extensive hands-on experience with designing ServiceNow solutions, particularly for Telecoms modules such as TSM and TSOM.
- Strong knowledge of integrations, scripting, and application development on the ServiceNow platform.
- In-depth understanding of cloud architecture and associated technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in leading technical projects within multidisciplinary teams.
- Certification in ServiceNow System Administration or as a Certified Application Developer is desirable.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile working environments is a plus.
