Overview

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Rust and Java.
- Build reliable and high-performance customer-facing applications using React.
- Contribute to backend services, APIs, and integrations using Python.
- Take ownership of complex features from architectural design to production delivery.
- Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams to deliver impactful functionality.
- Influence technical direction and engineering standards across the platform.
- Apply best practices for performance, reliability, testing, and security.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools for coding, refactoring, testing, and debugging.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Senior or Staff-level Full Stack / Backend Engineer.
- Strong engineering skills with Rust and/or Java, preferably both.
- Proficiency in building frontend applications using React.
- Hands-on experience with Python in backend services or APIs.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable architecture.
- Experience with production-grade systems and cloud-native development.
- Ability to work efficiently with AI-assisted development tools.
- Contractor mindset with strong ownership and communication skills.
