Overview
The AI Solutions Engineer will play a pivotal role in supporting a leading Private Equity firm by designing and implementing AI applications to enhance data management and business processes. This hands-on position is essential for building a robust internal AI capability, collaborating with various teams to identify opportunities and develop practical, secure AI solutions. The contractor will work closely with internal teams to streamline operations and foster the responsible adoption of AI tools across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and build production-ready AI applications that address business challenges.
- Identify AI opportunities in collaboration with internal teams and define project requirements.
- Develop and maintain a shared internal AI platform with secure access and data connections.
- Create AI workflows that integrate multiple tools, data sources, and AI agents.
- Deliver applications for diverse functions such as document analysis and project tracking.
- Implement security, privacy, and access-control practices for handling sensitive data.
- Provide training and documentation to support AI adoption within the organization.
Requirements
- Experience deploying AI applications in production environments.
- Proven skills in building applications with large language models and multi-agent workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python development.
- Familiarity with AI APIs, such as Anthropic or OpenAI.
- Experience with AI orchestration tools like Semantic Kernel or LangGraph.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, including App Services and Cosmos DB.
- Working knowledge of React and TypeScript for developing user interfaces.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
