Overview
We are seeking a skilled Angular Developer for a 3-month contract, with the possibility of an extension, to join a dynamic software team. This role involves developing a leading analytics application aimed at supporting critical decision-making processes through advanced intelligence. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to create responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces while adhering to best practices in software development.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Angular interfaces that are accessible, responsive, and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers, to deliver seamless features and functionalities.
- Integrate front-end components with backend REST APIs, ensuring secure data handling and efficient performance.
- Implement automated testing procedures to verify code quality and functionality across different environments.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and adhere to best practices in software development.
- Diagnose and resolve live browser or performance issues, optimizing frontend performance and maintaining frontend security standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, adopting new tools and methodologies to enhance development efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Angular and TypeScript, with hands-on experience in building production-quality applications, components, routing, forms, and state management.
- Solid proficiency in HTML and CSS, focusing on creating responsive layouts and adhering to web accessibility standards.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs, managing authentication, authorization, and error handling.
- Demonstrated experience with automated testing at various levels, including unit, component, and end-to-end testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and code review practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills relevant to diagnosing browser or performance issues.
- Understanding of frontend security best practices and the ability to handle complex data visualizations.
