Overview
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in a marketing technology transformation project, specifically overseeing the migration from Salesforce to the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP). Collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners, the contractor will define requirements and assess existing processes to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform. This position is essential to enhance customer engagement and optimize marketing capabilities in a leading commercial real estate firm.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements for the migration to Zeta Marketing Platform.
- Review existing Salesforce functionality, workflows, and marketing processes for improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support data mapping and migration of customer data, campaigns, and customer journeys into ZMP.
- Assess existing Salesforce features for replication or redesign within ZMP.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements into platform functionality.
- Identify project risks and dependencies, managing communications effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in CRM or marketing technology transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP), ideally from implementation or migration.
- Experience in platform migrations from Salesforce or similar CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of customer data, audience segmentation, and marketing automation.
- Excellent skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Experience producing functional specifications and user stories.
- Background in data migration, system integration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and partners.
