Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on Guidewire ClaimCenter to support a major end-to-end implementation programme in the insurance sector. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery resources to ensure effective translation of business requirements into operational solutions. This role is ideal for someone with extensive Guidewire expertise and a comprehensive understanding of insurance claims processes, looking to make a significant impact within a complex project environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end Guidewire implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand claims processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Work with developers and technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder expectations while communicating progress effectively.
- Assist in system testing, UAT, defect resolution, and implementation activities.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to maintain alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong specialty in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Demonstrable experience supporting claims-related functionality in Guidewire.
- Proven record of delivering end-to-end Guidewire implementation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes and the wider P&C insurance landscape.
- Experience in Lloyd’s of London or the London Market insurance sector.
- Excellent skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and bridge gaps between business and technical teams.
- Experience working in structured project delivery environments, including offshore team collaboration.
