Overview

Responsibilities
- Translate stakeholder challenges into actionable technology solutions.
- Take ownership of product features from discovery to production.
- Facilitate backlog refinement and manage complexity of requirements.

- Challenge low-value requirements using data and stakeholder insights.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within energy trading or commercial product environments.
- Strong understanding of the energy market, particularly around renewables and sustainability.
- Experience working within agile product development environments.
- Ability to engage with various internal stakeholders and understand their needs.
- Demonstrated skill in breaking down complex requirements into deliverable tasks.
- Experience in managing product backlogs and facilitating refinement sessions.
