Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI and automation opportunities.
- Break down complex business problems using structured problem-solving techniques.
- Translate business pain points into practical technology solutions.
- Assess various technical approaches including Generative AI and workflow automation.
- Define hypotheses and measurable business outcomes to guide development.
- Rapidly create or assist in creating proofs of concept and proofs of value.
- Test prototypes with users and incorporate feedback for improvement.
- Evaluate new AI tools and recommend solutions to fill capability gaps.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in technology, digital, data, or AI consulting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and prototype development.
- Demonstrated capacity to move from idea to prototype swiftly.
- Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Solid understanding of product and software delivery methodologies.
- Commercial awareness and ability to quantify potential business value.
- Fluency with current AI tools and approachable technologies in a business setting.
