Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI Consultant to design, implement, and scale enterprise-grade AI solutions within a hybrid work environment. This role involves collaborating with various teams to establish frameworks and governance to ensure that AI technologies are securely and effectively integrated within the organization. The successful candidate will leverage their hands-on engineering and architecture skills to influence AI strategy and drive the adoption of AI-enabled practices across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-scale AI solutions and platforms using modern LLM architectures.
- Define AI architecture patterns, standards and engineering best practices.
- Develop AI application frameworks, reusable services and shared platform capabilities.
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security and Data teams to establish enterprise AI operating models.
- Build robust governance, evaluation and quality assurance processes for AI-generated outputs and code.
- Design secure and compliant AI solutions suitable for regulated environments.
- Create scalable approaches to context management, retrieval strategies and knowledge integration.
- Establish monitoring, observability and performance management frameworks for AI services.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering AI solutions into production within enterprise environments.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise AI solutions and platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across large-scale environments.
- Experience defining AI architecture, technical standards and governance frameworks.
- Strong capability in building and deploying production-grade LLM-powered applications.
- Knowledge of AI performance optimisation and operational support.
- Experience managing reliability, latency, scalability, and failure handling in production environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, compliance and operational risk concerns.
