Overview
The CRM Project Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of D365 CRM projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to drive successful project execution from planning through to implementation. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and demonstrated skills in project governance, management, and communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead D365 CRM projects through planning, delivery, testing, and implementation.
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and third-party delivery partners.
- Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, and transition into BAU.
- Manage stakeholder communication, governance, and project reporting.
- Ensure delivery remains aligned with agreed scope, timelines, and business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE projects.
- Strong understanding of CRM implementation and delivery lifecycles.
- Experience managing suppliers and working with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong project governance, planning, and communication skills.
