Overview
The SuccessFactors Cutover Manager will play a critical role in a significant SAP SuccessFactors transformation programme by owning the cutover strategy and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system. This is a fully remote position for a skilled professional with experience managing large-scale cutover initiatives, working across various teams to prepare the organization for a successful go-live.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the overall cutover strategy and plan.
- Develop detailed cutover plans, timelines, and runbooks.
- Coordinate cutover activities across multiple workstreams.
- Manage dependencies between functional, technical, data, integration, and testing teams.
- Plan and coordinate mock cutovers and rehearsals.
- Manage cutover readiness and reporting.
- Support go/no-go decision-making.
- Facilitate the transition into hypercare following go-live.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Cutover Manager, Cutover Lead, or Go-Live Lead.
- Hands-on ownership of cutover on major SAP/SuccessFactors transformation programmes.
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Experience managing large-scale, complex implementations.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple technical and functional workstreams.
- Familiarity with cutover rehearsals and mock go-lives.
- Strong understanding of data, integrations, testing, and business readiness.
- Experience working across global programmes in multiple countries.
