Overview
The SuccessFactors Test Lead will play a critical role in a large-scale global transformation program for SAP SuccessFactors. This fully remote position involves driving the testing strategy and coordinating testing activities across all phases of the implementation, working collaboratively with both functional and technical teams to ensure a smooth deployment process.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall testing strategy and approach for the SuccessFactors programme.
- Plan and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and other testing phases.
- Manage test plans, schedules, and execution to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate testing activities across functional and technical workstreams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure UAT readiness.
- Manage defects, risks, and dependencies throughout the testing process.
- Track testing progress and report updates to programme leadership.
- Support test readiness for cutover and go-live activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test Lead in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Strong background in leading test strategies for large-scale transformation programmes.
- Experience with System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-to-end testing.
- In-depth understanding of SuccessFactors testing and implementation lifecycles.
- Ability to coordinate multiple functional and technical teams.
- Strong defect and test management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with multiple SuccessFactors modules is highly beneficial.
