Overview
The Data Analyst will join on a contract basis, primarily focused on enhancing reporting and dashboard functionalities for senior leadership and operational teams. This remote role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into actionable data solutions, emphasizing insights derived from various data sources. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a problem-solving mindset to deliver clear, impactful data outputs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards for the COO and leadership team.
- Investigate various data sets including rostering, absence, training, and timetable planning.
- Build reports, dashboards, and data outputs to simplify existing Excel processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver practical data solutions.
- Explore and analyze data sources for valuable insights and narratives.
Requirements
- Proficient in Power BI development.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with complex data.
- Familiarity with Python is advantageous.
