Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to enhance the data capabilities of a growing financial services organization. In this hands-on role, you will collaborate closely with the data and technology team to design and implement scalable data solutions within a modern Microsoft Azure and Fabric environment, ultimately supporting the organization in optimizing its data management and integration processes.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and solutions.
- Develop data solutions utilizing Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
- Integrate data from diverse sources to support data accessibility.
- Create ETL/ELT processes for effective data transformation.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with Data Architects, Analysts, and technology teams.
- Contribute to the development of the organization's data platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer in a financial services context.
- Strong proficiency in Azure and modern Microsoft data technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of SQL and data transformation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to build data pipelines and integrate multiple data sources.
- Familiarity with working in regulated and data-sensitive environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
