Overview
The Delivery Lead will play a crucial role in the core HR and payroll transformation for a leading global consumer brand. This position focuses on overseeing the details of the project as it transitions into the Core HR phase, ensuring effective delivery while collaborating with various teams including engineers and HR. The role involves managing vendor relations and addressing risks, all within a hybrid working arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Clarify the employee data lifecycle from hiring through to record integration in ERP.
- Identify and report on project risks associated with the transformation.
- Engage deeply with technical details relating to architecture and integrations.
- Communicate effectively across teams, including engineers, data groups, and HR, to ensure compliance and project alignment.
- Manage the core HR vendor during the ongoing finalization of commercial aspects.
