Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Service Cloud Developer to support the development, configuration, and enhancement of customer service solutions. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in Oracle Service Cloud who can work on either a part-time or full-time basis for an initial contract period of 2-3 months. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Oracle best practices.
Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Oracle Service Cloud applications.
- Design, create, and maintain custom objects, fields, and relationships.
- Develop and configure business rules, workflows, and automation processes.
- Configure workspaces, reports, dashboards, and user interfaces.
- Support data management activities including imports, exports, and integrity checks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform and configuration issues.
- Document technical designs and participate in system testing.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and configuring Oracle Service Cloud.
- Strong experience with custom fields, objects, and data models.
- Experience configuring workspaces, business rules, profiles, and reports.
- Knowledge of Oracle Service Cloud Customer Portal and BUI.
- Experience with data migration and bulk data management.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
