Overview
The DevOps, AI and Automation Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's capabilities in AI-driven DevOps and automation solutions. This position focuses on developing scalable CI/CD patterns for AI-enabled platforms, integrating AI services into operational workflows, and ensuring a smooth knowledge transfer to the existing DevOps and engineering teams. The contractor will work collaboratively with multiple teams to deliver key milestones while fostering operational excellence and innovative engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable CI/CD patterns and deployment processes for AI-enabled platforms and services.
- Integrate Azure AI Foundry and approved AI services into enterprise deployment workflows.
- Identify tooling, controls, and operational requirements for AI service integration into CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide structured knowledge transfer and operational handover of AI deployments to internal DevOps teams.
- Deliver progress reports against deliverables, risks, and key decisions.
Requirements
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of AI services, specifically Azure AI Foundry.
- Experience with observability tools like Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle improvements through automation.
