Overview
We are seeking a skilled Embedded Engineer to design, debug, and optimize low-level embedded software platforms that power data-driven and connected systems. The selected contractor will collaborate with a dedicated team, contributing to the development of innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement low-level embedded software for connected systems.
- Debug and optimize existing software for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software components.
- Utilize debugging tools such as JLink, JTag, and ICE Debugger for troubleshooting.
- Maintain thorough documentation of design processes and testing outcomes.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with embedded systems, particularly NXP iMX8 or similar platforms.
- Strong programming skills in C++ with an emphasis on embedded applications.
- Proficient in working within Linux operating system environments.
- In-depth knowledge of communication protocols such as HTTP and MQTT.
- Experience with hardware/software debugging techniques and tools.
