Overview
We are seeking an experienced EUC Platform Architect to join a major transformation programme in the financial services sector. This senior technical leadership role involves defining the architecture vision, setting standards, and providing governance throughout the delivery lifecycle of the EUC platform. The architect will collaborate with engineering teams, guide technical designs, and present solutions to senior stakeholders, ensuring that the platform aligns with security and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture design of the EUC platform.
- Develop and maintain High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD).
- Establish technical standards, patterns, and best practices across the platform.
- Drive architecture governance, including design reviews and approval boards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate architectural vision into successful implementation.
- Present technical solutions and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
- Ensure designs meet the security, compliance, and operational expectations of a regulated financial environment.
Requirements
- Extensive experience architecting Omnissa Horizon environments.
- Previous delivery experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- Strong architectural governance experience, including ownership of HLD/LLD documentation.
- Confidence presenting designs and gaining stakeholder approval.
- Experience defining enterprise-scale EUC solutions rather than purely operational support.
- Experience with IGEL, Island.io, and Apple Business Manager is highly desirable.
