Overview
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Product Manager to lead the internal coordination and execution of the Rose Uniacke Rugs project, a White Label Edition developed with a rug manufacturer. This role focuses on driving the project from final preparation through launch and early sales, collaborating closely with multiple internal teams to ensure successful market readiness by April 2027.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the overall project plan, milestones, timelines, and actions through to launch.
- Act as the central point of contact across all relevant internal teams, ensuring clear ownership, communication, and accountability.
- Identify outstanding activities, dependencies, and potential risks, proactively resolving issues and escalating where necessary.
- Coordinate the completion and accuracy of product information, data, and systems set-up.
- Coordinate launch readiness across Retail, Marketing, and E-commerce, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
- Capture customer feedback and assess opportunities for product expansion or custom orders.
- Coordinate the first reorder while establishing a clear process for future inventory management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management or design within the luxury furniture, lighting, or interiors industry.
- Experience coordinating product launches from preparation through to post-launch activity.
- Strong understanding of product information, retail pricing, margin, stock, purchasing, and logistics.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate multiple teams effectively.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through skills.
- Experience working with external manufacturers and suppliers, particularly in managing stock orders.
- Eligibility to work in the UK with a legal right to work status.
