Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer specializing in React and C# .NET to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This pivotal role supports a major business transformation program aimed at modernizing platforms and enhancing data capabilities, facilitating seamless collaboration within a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering enterprise-scale solutions that span both front-end and back-end technologies, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and C#/.NET technologies.
- Deliver high-quality, scalable front-end experiences that prioritize usability and performance.
- Build robust back-end services, APIs, and integration points to support enterprise applications.
- Support the full development lifecycle, including code reviews, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in data migration initiatives, including the design and implementation of ETL solutions and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with Architects and technical stakeholders to define solution architecture and system design.
- Contribute to technical assessments, feasibility studies, and environment setup for deployment.
- Engage actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Extensive commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
- Proficiency in React and modern front-end development practices, focusing on usability and performance optimization.
- Strong experience with C# and .NET frameworks, including API development and back-end service design.
- Proven track record working on enterprise-grade applications, emphasizing scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and system integrations, including designing and implementing data pipelines.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data validation techniques.
- Experience contributing to technical design discussions, system architecture, and deployment strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
