We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Python and React to join a dynamic HealthTech startup. In this role, you will partner with founders and the engineering team to develop a groundbreaking consumer healthcare product, taking projects from concept to production while having a significant impact on product decisions. This position requires a hands-on engineer who thrives in an agile environment and values ownership in their work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust applications using Python and React.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to define product features and improvements.
- Take projects from initial concepts through to production and customer feedback.
- Participate in architectural decisions and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Utilize SQL and cloud services (AWS or GCP) for data processing and management.
- Provide insights and make product-related decisions based on strong judgment and experience.
- Work in an agile setup, contributing to a collaborative team culture.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in software engineering.
- Proficient in Python, with a strong understanding of async systems and data processing.
- Experience building applications using React and full stack development.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with AWS or GCP for cloud services.
- Demonstrated experience in developing 0→1 products and shipping consumer-facing applications.
- Prior experience in HealthTech, FinTech, or regulated environments is preferred.
