Overview
We are seeking two D365 Functional Consultants to join a well-established European real estate organization, focusing on enhancing its D365 support team ahead of upcoming country rollouts. The role involves resolving complex issues within the live service environment and improving system functionalities while collaborating with various business teams to deliver effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents related to D365 Finance & Operations.
- Identify root causes and configure solutions to improve system performance.
- Collaborate with finance or property teams to address specific needs and processes.
- Support documentation and testing of configuration changes.
- Assist with country go-live activities by sharing knowledge with in-house support teams.
- Work alongside vendor partners when necessary for system enhancements.
- Deliver practical solutions to improve platform functionality based on business team feedback.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations in a live environment.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes or property and real estate operations.
- Background in managing projects, purchase orders, budgets, or lease administration.
- Ability to document and test configuration changes effectively.
- Experience working closely with business units to identify and solve issues.
