Overview
In the role of Head of Enterprise Products, the contractor will lead the development and execution of a product-led strategy for the organization's internal technology products and digital capabilities. Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the Enterprise Product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio aligned with business priorities.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across product, software engineering, and enterprise applications.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and translate business requirements into technology initiatives.
- Develop AI-enabled and intelligent automation solutions.
- Drive modern engineering practices, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Configure and optimise enterprise software platforms, adhering to a 'configure before customise' approach.
- Manage senior stakeholders and technology suppliers while overseeing budgets and investment decisions.
Requirements
- Strong enterprise product management experience, including strategy and governance.
- Significant leadership experience in Product Development or Software Engineering.
- Deep understanding of software development, cloud technologies, Agile, and DevOps.
- Experience with enterprise applications and commercial software platforms.
