Overview
The Head of Technology Architecture will oversee the Business Solutions and Applications landscape for a leading Private Markets firm, leading a team responsible for the selection, implementation, and integration of critical technology solutions. This senior technology leadership role will require collaboration across various teams to drive technology change and ensure cohesive solutions across the applications, data, and cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Business Solutions / Applications function.
- Provide technical and strategic direction across the application landscape.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, integration, and optimization of critical business systems.
- Manage internal teams, third-party vendors, and technology partners.
- Develop the roadmap for the Business Solutions environment.
- Drive technology change and continuous improvement across the systems landscape.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across investment, finance, and corporate functions.
Requirements
- Significant senior technology leadership experience in Business Applications or Business Solutions.
- Strong technical foundation in applications, architecture, systems, or technology.
- Experience in Private Markets, Private Equity, Asset Management, or Financial Services.
- Proven track record of overseeing selection, implementation, and integration of business-critical applications.
- Broad understanding of solution architecture, data, cloud, and infrastructure management.
- Ability to lead multiple teams and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leadership across the business.
