Overview
As an IAM Consultant, you will coordinate and lead the onboarding of applications to Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring their readiness for authentication using Microsoft Entra B2B. Collaborating closely with application owners, stakeholders, and identity teams, you will manage communication, track progress, and support the migration from on-premises applications. This hybrid role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution within defined timelines and security standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and drive the readiness of applications for authentication using Microsoft Entra B2B.
- Engage with application owners, business stakeholders, and identity teams to assess application readiness and support onboarding activities.
- Define, maintain, and track application onboarding plans and delivery timelines.
- Assess on-premises applications for migration to Microsoft Entra ID and support planning activities.
- Track and report on onboarding and migration progress including milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact delivery timelines.
- Facilitate readiness reviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID SSO onboarding and application integration.
- Strong background in managing SSO migration projects with minimal disruption to business.
- Experience with the full project lifecycle, including design, migration, and post-implementation support.
- Demonstrated ability to develop migration strategies and project plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, engaging effectively with various teams.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with experience in managing project updates.
- Experience managing dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations in project delivery.
- Ability to work in complex enterprise environments and support large-scale migrations.
