Overview
The M365 Infrastructure Support Engineer will provide essential support and administration for Microsoft 365 infrastructure services, focusing on BAU operations within a client-facing IT environment. This role requires a self-motivated engineer who is proficient in handling infrastructure troubleshooting and maintenance across hybrid Microsoft ecosystems, while effectively communicating with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide BAU support and administration for Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments.
- Conduct troubleshooting and incident resolution across infrastructure services.
- Manage user identity and access within Microsoft Entra ID.
- Oversee security and compliance tooling within the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Facilitate hybrid infrastructure integrations and associated tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver proactive support.
Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory (AD), and Entra ID.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft E5 suite and its functionalities.
- Previous experience in an IT services, Managed Service Provider (MSP), or consulting context.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with a confident client-facing demeanor.
- Proactive attitude towards service delivery and support.
