Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Interim CFO, CFO, or Finance Director.
  • Significant experience in the renewable energy or grid infrastructure sectors.
  • Track record of supporting mergers and acquisitions.
  • Experience within private equity-backed environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial governance and investor reporting.
  • Background in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
