Overview
We are seeking a Lead Java Developer to assume a hands-on leadership role in an Agile engineering team focused on delivering a significant digital project for the UK Government. This position involves both providing technical guidance and actively contributing to the development of robust, scalable Java services.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Significant commercial experience in Java engineering.
- Demonstrated capacity to operate at a Lead or Technical Lead level.
- Previous experience working on projects within the UK Government.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and multidisciplinary team dynamics.
- Ability to balance technical leadership and hands-on development work.
