Overview
The Learning and Development Consultant will be engaged in a 3-month contract focused on enhancing the organization's digital learning capabilities, particularly in the area of cyber security education. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create educational pathways and mandatory training programs that align with organizational goals. The consultant will work within a hybrid model, joining a dynamic team that is committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Design and build modular digital, data, AI, and cyber learning programs.
- Lead the development of the mandatory cyber security education program.
- Collaborate with People & Culture to support change and adoption activities.
- Develop role-relevant learning pathways for staff and volunteers.
- Recommend approaches for LMS use, compliance tracking, and onboarding.
Requirements
- Strong background in Learning & Development or training design.
- Experience designing modular or blended learning programs from scratch.
- Proven ability to deliver learning programs within tight timelines.
- Experience in developing digital or cyber security education.
- Prior experience delivering mandatory compliance training is desirable.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and change-adoption methodologies is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a small, fast-paced team environment.
