Overview
This contract position offers an exciting opportunity for an Oracle Service Cloud Developer to support the development and enhancement of customer service solutions. The developer will collaborate with stakeholders and utilize their technical expertise to configure and optimize Oracle Service Cloud applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and operational standards. Flexibility is a key aspect of this role, allowing candidates to choose between part-time and full-time work while enjoying the perks of an outside IR35 contract.
Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Oracle Service Cloud applications for optimal performance.
- Design and maintain custom objects, fields, tables, and relationships.
- Develop business rules, workflows, and automation processes to enhance customer service.
- Create and configure workspaces, reports, dashboards, and user interfaces.
- Manage data imports, exports, and integrity checks to uphold data quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and data issues promptly.
- Support integrations with third-party applications to ensure data flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Oracle Service Cloud certifications preferred.
- Proficient in SQL, database design, and integration techniques.
- Experience in Agile environments and managing complex data migrations is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Demonstrated experience in system configuration and development activities.
- Familiarity with Oracle best practices and security standards is advantageous.
- Excellent documentation skills for technical designs and configurations.
