Overview
We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Platform Architect to lead the design and governance of enterprise-scale platform architectures in a hybrid working environment. The role involves collaborating with various technical and business teams to ensure effective delivery and resilience of platform services while driving engagement with stakeholders and vendors throughout the architecture lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design and govern enterprise-scale platform architectures across multiple technology domains.
- Assure technical designs, builds, and sizing estimates through Design Authorities.
- Manage technical escalations and resolve blockers to ensure technical delivery.
- Architect for run services, focusing on platform health and lifecycle management.
- Drive stakeholder and vendor engagement throughout the architecture lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, LLMs, and automation for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Bring strong technical expertise across at least two platforms within the relevant domain.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Platform Architect or similar role.
- Deep expertise in platform architecture and enterprise-scale system design.
- Strong technical competence across multiple technology domains.
- Experience with governance and assurance of technical designs.
- Ability to manage technical escalations and deliver solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with AI, LLMs, and automation in architectural contexts.
- Excellent collaboration skills with technical and business teams.
