As a Contract Product Manager, you will focus on workforce management and operational optimization in high-volume distribution and logistics environments. - Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to build scalable AI-driven tools.
- Lead the discovery and execution process alongside design, commercial, and technical teams.
- Translate complex enterprise requirements into user-friendly software features.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS solutions.
- Experience in operationally intensive or configuration-heavy environments.
- Strong technical fluency and ability to discuss architecture with engineers.
- Proven track record of developing intuitive software from complex user workflows.
- Experience in workforce management, logistics, or AI/ML productization.
