Overview
As a Product Owner for a Commodities trading firm specializing in Freight, LNG, and Logistics trading, you will lead the management of digital products utilized by internal traders and clients. Collaborating with traders and external partners, you will ensure that product development aligns with business objectives and supports trading operations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day product management of digital products.
- Collaborate with internal traders and external providers to gather and shape product requirements.
- Manage the delivery roadmap and oversee stages of refinement with the engineering team.
- Participate in prioritization discussions to drive development efficiency.
- Monitor product performance by tracking and reviewing relevant metrics.
- Act as the main point of contact for traders and manage ad-hoc client requests.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a trading environment.
- Strong knowledge of physical trading, freight, LNG, and logistics.
- Ability to gather and shape product requirements effectively.
- Proven experience in managing product roadmaps and working with engineering teams.
- Familiarity with performance tracking and metrics analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
