Overview
The Contract Program Manager will provide leadership and oversight for the migration of an acquired company's solutions to target platforms, coordinating efforts across various systems including Finance, PSA, Marketing, CRM, and CPQ. This role involves collaboration with C-Suite executives to ensure successful program delivery and support future transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide program management leadership for migration projects.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple systems and projects.
- Work directly with C-Suite executives to align on project goals.
- Guide and advise stakeholders while managing program expectations.
- Oversee the merging of acquired company systems and data.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and objectives.
Requirements
- Proven program management experience in enterprise business software and ERP systems.
- Experience onboarding and integrating acquired software companies into new systems.
- Solid understanding of global business applications and processes.
- Familiarity with tools such as NetSuite Financials, HubSpot, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
- Ability to communicate effectively and present to executives.
- Comfortable working with teams across different US time zones.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without visa requirements.
