Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a rapidly growing renewable energy company, focusing on the delivery of commercial rooftop solar projects. In this hybrid role, you will manage multiple projects from planning through commissioning, working closely with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial and industrial rooftop solar projects simultaneously.
- Oversee projects from initial planning through to commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor programme delivery, budgets, variations, and commercial performance.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Provide regular progress updates and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage site activities and contractor performance across multiple locations.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering commercial or industrial rooftop solar PV projects.
- Strong electrical knowledge or background within the renewable energy sector.
- Demonstrable experience managing contractors and site delivery teams.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and budgets.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable using project management software such as Asana, Monday.com or similar.
