Overview
The Technical Lead - Propulsion Integration will provide vital leadership within multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of propulsion system requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle. This role focuses on applying systems engineering principles to integrate and validate complex propulsion solutions, while managing technical interfaces across various vehicle domains. The Technical Lead will facilitate cross-functional collaboration and execution of projects, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to performance, cost, and timing targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead integration and delivery of propulsion system software, controls and calibration activities across vehicle programmes.
- Ensure alignment between hardware, software, controls and system requirements to achieve propulsion performance and vehicle attribute targets.
- Coordinate software release planning and deployment activities against programme milestones and gateway deliverables.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration between controls, calibration, systems, validation and commodity engineering teams.
- Lead propulsion verification and validation activities including MIL, SIL, HIL, vehicle-level testing and sign-off events.
- Support development and validation of torque control, energy management, thermal management, drivability, efficiency, performance and diagnostic functions.
- Review and approve software change requests, issue investigations and corrective actions.
- Drive root cause investigation and resolution of vehicle integration, software, calibration and controls-related issues.

- Strong experience within Propulsion System Engineering.
- Proven project management capability.
- Relevant propulsion domain experience.
