Overview
The Quality Manager will oversee and enhance the quality management processes for the Aramco Shaybah FEED Project, ensuring adherence to standards set by the company, clients, and regulatory bodies. This role is aimed at experienced professionals who can effectively collaborate with engineering, procurement, and management teams to ensure compliance throughout project phases while driving continual improvement initiatives. The role is mainly office-based, requiring four days a week commitment, and ideal candidates will have significant experience in major Oil & Gas projects, particularly with Saudi Aramco.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQMS).
- Ensure project quality activities are implemented in accordance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and manage the project audit and review schedule.
- Monitor quality performance and drive continual improvement initiatives.
- Support and oversee quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the FEED phase.
- Provide quality input into pre-award procurement activities from the UK office.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
- Prepare and present quality reports, metrics, and status updates to project leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager on major Oil & Gas projects.
- Saudi Aramco project experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and industry quality standards.
- Experience supporting FEED and EPC project phases.
- Familiarity with project audits, quality reviews, and procurement quality requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary project environments.
