Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sage Intacct Technical Integration Consultant to provide specialized support for integration projects in a fully remote capacity. The consultant will work alongside development and delivery teams to enhance the integration between Sage Intacct and various third-party business applications, utilizing their expertise in Sage Intacct's financial processes and integration capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Act as the subject-matter expert for Sage Intacct integration projects.
- Advise product, development, and delivery teams on Intacct functionality, objects, and API behavior.
- Support integrations between Sage Intacct and various operational systems like CRM and eCommerce.
- Map standard and custom objects, fields, and dimensions between systems.
- Define validation, transformation, and exception-handling requirements.
- Troubleshoot authentication, permissions, data mapping, and API errors.
- Assist with testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Provide specialist input into customer-specific integration requirements as needed.
Requirements
- Recent hands-on experience with Sage Intacct.
- Strong knowledge of Sage Intacct APIs, particularly XML Web Services and REST.
- Understanding of the Sage Intacct object and data model.
- Experience in integrating standard and custom objects and fields.
- Knowledge of core objects related to finance processes, including GL, AP, and AR.
- Ability to investigate technical issues and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently on a flexible, ad hoc basis.
