Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 / Azure / SharePoint Consultant to lead the design, migration, and governance of enterprise Microsoft 365 environments in a fully remote capacity. This role involves collaborating with technical and business stakeholders, conducting workshops, and delivering hands-on implementation while ensuring best practices in security and compliance. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving tenant consolidations and modernizing workplace environments, contributing significantly to the organization’s cloud adoption efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, assessment and architecture workshops across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Deliver tenant migrations, consolidations, and separation projects.
- Configure and optimise Microsoft 365 identity, collaboration, security, and compliance capabilities.
- Produce High-Level and Low-Level Designs, implementation plans, and operational documentation.
- Run platform health assessments, identifying technical risks and dependencies.
- Advise on Microsoft licensing, governance, and security best practices.
Requirements
- Proven track record delivering Microsoft 365 projects in enterprise environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Comfortable working independently in both consulting and technical capacities.
- Experience producing formal architecture and design documentation (HLD/LLD).
- Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Azure infrastructure and landing zone design is desirable.
