Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer with a focus on B2B SaaS to contribute to complex projects and deliver intuitive user experiences. This role will involve close collaboration with Product, Engineering teams, and senior stakeholders to transform user and business needs into effective design solutions. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid or fully remote capacity, provided they are based in the UK, for an initial term of three months with the potential for extension.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly solutions for complex B2B SaaS products.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define user journeys and workflows.
- Utilize Figma to create design systems and prototypes for new features.
- Communicate and influence design decisions with senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to a user-centered design process by conducting user research and testing.
- Present design concepts and solutions effectively to the team and stakeholders.
- Adapt quickly to new commercial environments and deliver design value at pace.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer in B2B SaaS.
- Strong UX design skills including information architecture and interaction design.
- Solid foundation in UI and visual design principles.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.
- Experience working in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Portfolio showcasing UX processes, problem-solving abilities, and impact.
- Experience with AI in design is a plus.
