Overview
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint/Power Platform Developer to work on a hybrid basis, focusing on modernizing our SharePoint Online environment and automating business processes using Power Platform tools. The successful candidate will leverage AI tooling such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude to enhance development efficiency and support end-user productivity. This three-month engagement requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaborate effectively on delivering high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and content types.
- Develop custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), including web parts and extensions.
- Modernize legacy/classic sites to contemporary SharePoint Online experiences.
- Configure permissions, governance, and information architecture according to established standards.
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline business processes.
- Develop Power Apps integrated with SharePoint data (canvas and/or model-driven).
- Utilize Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude to enhance code generation, documentation, and testing.
- Produce technical and end-user documentation for all delivered solutions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SharePoint Online development (SPFx, PnP, REST/Graph API).
- Strong background in SharePoint administration.
- Extensive skills in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Proficient in front-end development: TypeScript/JavaScript, React, HTML/CSS.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 / Entra ID configuration and governance.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools, specifically Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude.
- Ability to work independently, manage workload, and meet project milestones.
