Overview
We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of a new global Order Management System (OMS) as part of a major technology transformation initiative. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to ensure that the solutions architecture is aligned with business needs and technology standards, leveraging the Manhattan Active WMS platform to support efficient supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the solutions architecture design for the implementation of a new global Order Management System.
- Define and document end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements and global technology standards.
- Design integration strategies between OMS, Manhattan Active WMS, ERP, logistics, and third-party systems.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical architecture designs.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and secure for global operations.
- Identify architectural risks and provide recommendations and mitigation strategies.
- Support design governance and solution reviews throughout the implementation phases.
- Provide architectural oversight during build, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in large-scale supply chain or retail technology transformation programmes.
- Strong experience with Manhattan Active WMS and OMS.
- Expertise in designing complex enterprise system integrations and understanding APIs, middleware, and data architecture.
- Experience working across multi-country technology implementations.
- Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Proven track record of taking solutions from design to implementation and deployment.
- Desirable: Previous implementation experience with Manhattan Active OMS alongside WMS.
- Desirable: Knowledge of cloud-based architecture and modern integration technologies.
