Overview
As a Target Operating Model Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and refining strategies that integrate digital and technology components, including AI and automation. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to assess current operating models, identify gaps, and design future-state models that enhance service delivery and governance. Your work will involve hands-on implementation of these models, including the creation of business cases and strategic roadmaps to support client objectives, with occasional travel to deliver workshops as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of digital and technology strategies, including AI and automation aspects.
- Design operating models that encompass service delivery structures and governance frameworks.
- Assess current-state operating models to identify gaps and define future-state models.
- Lead hands-on implementation of operating models and governance setups.
- Produce business cases with financial modelling and benefits quantification.
- Create strategic roadmaps and prioritisation frameworks for solutions.
- Conduct change impact assessments related to organisational design and workforce.
Requirements
- Current valid SC clearance is mandatory.
- Proven experience in developing digital and technology strategies.
- Strong background in operating model design and implementation.
- Experience in producing financial business cases and ROI analysis.
- Ability to develop strategic roadmaps and prioritisation frameworks.
- Familiarity with organisational design and change management practices.
- Capable of delivering workshops and presentations to stakeholders.
