Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and security-cleared Microsoft Teams Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs for end users and technical teams across Microsoft Teams and the broader M365 platform. This role requires translating complex technical information into accessible content while supporting organizational digital transformation and secure use of Microsoft cloud technologies. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid capacity, conducting both virtual and in-person training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions both virtually and in-person.
- Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on labs.
- Create and maintain training materials, including guides and presentations.
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions as needed.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop role-based learning pathways tailored to various audiences.
- Update course content to reflect Microsoft 365 feature releases.
- Promote secure use of Microsoft 365 services and compliance with organizational policies.
Requirements
- Active Security Clearance (SC/DV or equivalent) or ability to obtain UK Security Clearance.
- Minimum 3 years' experience delivering Microsoft Teams training.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and end-user functionality.
- Experience in delivering both face-to-face and virtual training sessions.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating high-quality training materials.
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status preferred.
