Overview
The Tech Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing a legacy migration program, tasked with transitioning a distributed system from AS/400 to Azure and .Net, incorporating AI technologies for development. This position involves direct collaboration with Architects and business stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making on technology and framework choices, and requires a strong background in managing large-scale migration projects within a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of system architecture for migration projects.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to provide technology and framework recommendations.
- Utilize GenAI / Agentic AI for system development and integration.
- Oversee and guide the migration process from AS/400 to Azure and .Net.
- Demonstrate previous experience in decision-making for legacy migrations.
- Utilize Spec Driven Development (SDD) as applicable to the project.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead in large migration projects.
- Strong expertise in migrating legacy systems, specifically from AS/400 to modern .Net and Azure.
- Experience in utilizing GenAI / Agentic AI for software development.
- Familiarity with Spec Driven Development (SDD) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to make informed technology decisions in collaboration with stakeholders.
