Overview
The Technical Delivery Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating delivery activities across various stakeholders and suppliers within a high-profile organization. This position requires expertise in technical delivery and governance, particularly in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. The successful contractor will ensure effective planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication, supporting the overall delivery oversight and assurance processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery activities across stakeholders, suppliers, and workstreams.
- Establish and maintain effective governance and reporting arrangements.
- Manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions.
- Support planning, prioritisation, and delivery oversight activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Provide delivery insight and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Support delivery through governance and assurance processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager within policing.
- Strong background in technical delivery and governance (Secure by Design).
- Demonstrated delivery management skills, including planning and reporting.
- Experience in managing risks, dependencies, and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Current SC Clearance and NPPV3 Clearance is required.
