Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support & Configuration Consultant with expertise in Jungheinrich Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for a fully remote, 3-month contract role. The consultant will work with an established team to provide hands-on support, ensuring optimal performance of warehouse management systems during a busy period for the logistics organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical and application support across the Jungheinrich WMS environment.
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical issues to minimize operational disruption.
- Carry out system configuration, adjustments, and enhancements in line with business requirements.
- Support day-to-day WMS operations, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement effective technical solutions.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Jungheinrich WMS is essential.
- Strong technical/application support and system configuration experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Previous experience supporting WMS platforms within logistics, distribution, or warehousing environments.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a small, fast-paced team.
