Overview
In this role as a Technology Implementation Consultant, you will support the deployment of advanced technologies within NHS organizations as part of a healthcare transformation consultancy. Working closely with clinical and operational teams, you will be responsible for the hands-on configuration, testing, training, and change management necessary for successful platform adoption. This position entails collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions to new technology systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the hands-on deployment and front-end configuration of innovative products.
- Coordinate product testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring thorough validation and requirements gathering.
- Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to clinical and operational teams, including super-users and service desk staff.
- Manage implementation and change activities, encompassing project plans and stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate process mapping, go-live readiness and transition to business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in technology implementations or digital transformation projects, particularly within the NHS.
- Strong hands-on experience in product configuration, testing, and training.
- Proven ability to manage project delivery and stakeholder engagement within NHS Trusts.
- Experience in operational change management and the ability to work directly with clinical and operational teams.
- Capacity to translate requirements into practical solutions and support effective technology deployment.
