Overview
In this role, the VMware Consultant will play a critical part in the ongoing transformation of a globally recognized MedTech and life sciences organization. Working in a hybrid environment, the contractor will support a significant tenant-to-tenant migration and broader enterprise transformation, primarily focusing on VMware, Azure, and various Microsoft technologies. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to a major initiative that aims to modernize and consolidate the company's global technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Engineer and support VMware, Azure, and Microsoft enterprise infrastructure.
- Support a major tenant-to-tenant migration across Microsoft cloud environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics environments.
- Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team to drive enterprise transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong senior-level experience in VMware and Microsoft enterprise infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics.
- Familiarity with Rubrik and Nutanix is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting large-scale migration projects.
